General FAQs

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please email us at thenaviyaedit@gmail.com to place an interantional order with the link of the product. If bespoke you will need to book an appointment with us online here.

Please allow 4-7 days for processing and the additional time line stated in the product description. If you order multiple items, all pieces will ship together. Orders will not be shipped the same day they are placed. If you require a rush order, please email us to inquire about express shipping. We will do our best to meet your deadline. Learn more here.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Depending on the outfit it will take up to 2-3 weeks.

Bridal orders take longer than 4-6 weeks. It depends on how quickly we process through requirements and confirm the order.

All lead times are added in our outfit descriptions.

Do you make tailored made outfits?

We design made to measure outfits for bespoke pieces or if there is a design from our collection if size is not available.

Can I cancel my order?

As we order a 'made to order' service you cannot cancel a order place and nor can we make changes. Please ensure you only place and complete your order if you are set on recieving it. This stands for collection pieces and bespoke outfits.

Some of your outfits says fabric may differ. What does this mean?

As we provide made to order service, this is so we can provide outfits for all shapes and sizes, to be sustainable and hold stock. This means collections are always limited edition. Product desciptions will state if it's something we can reproduce or alternative can be provide. We encourage to drop us an email to discuss further.

How can I place a bespoke order?

Please book a consultation with us and we can discuss what your requirements are, we can then quote you for your outfit and proceed. Book a consulation

Can I customise your outfit design?

Yes. We specalise in custom made outfits, if there is a design of ours you like and want to customise it please book in a consultation with us. Book a consultation.

How long does bespoke outfits take?

It depends on what the outfit is, details, fabrics and how long we take to sign off all the details with you. Usually 3-4 weeks for partywear and up to 4-6 months for bridal.

Can I pay half now and rest later?

We only accept full upfront payment before production. We have the rights to hold on to your outfit if a full payment has not been made.

Do you provide samples?

Yes, we supply smaples for bridal lehengas or reception gowns over £700. This is due to shipping expenses. We share sample swatched virtually but please note lighting is always different. We try to provide enough acuracy as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

All sales are final. Non-returnable/refundable. As all outfits are based on made to order. Please ensure you refer to the size guide and check against your measurements before placing an order. Placing your order contractually gives us your agreement to our terms of business. 

You can contact us if you wish to discuss your order further or add notes into your order for us to read through.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Items

All of our oufits are shipped from our warehouse in India, Delhi. These are well packaged and shipped via DHL. You will recieve infomation providing your mobile at checkout for delivery updates and information. If your outfit is lost, stolen or damaged you will recieve a replacement or store credit.

I'm in between sizes, what do I do?

Our recommendation is for you to compare a blouse/skirt you already own that fits well with our size chart. Our size chart which is located on the product page displays GARMENT measurements not body measurements. This means if you compare your existing item to that chart, you will likely know what size would fit best!

What is your size range?

We currently offer sizes from XS-XXL. However, our bespoke service allows you to place an order with us on a made to measure basis. Please email us if you are unsure on sizing or can't find your size. You can email us at thenaviyaedit@gmail.com.

I can't find my size?

Please email us if you are unsure on sizing or can't find your size. We can place a made to measure order for you. You can email us at thenaviyaedit@gmail.com with product link, name, date you need it by and we will reach out to you within 24 hours.

How can I send you my measurements?

We will send you a measurement form to fill out in inches with clear guidelines.
