All sales are final. Non-returnable/refundable. As all outfits are based on made to order. Please ensure you refer to the size guide and check against your measurements before placing an order. Placing your order contractually gives us your agreement to our terms of business.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We acknowledge there can be human errors made to your outfit, i.e rips, unfinished items, completely different colour, incorrect sizing more than 10 inches or anything else acceptable at the time it is opened. We will offer additional services or offer a voucher. Please note all outfits are thoroughly quality checked by the team and you have approved the design or purchased it as is. You must show proof of damage, to address a fault in your outfit, you can contact us at thenaviyaedit@gmail.com. Please note if agreed on returns it will need to be sent to the following address: 103 Illett Way, Horsham, RH120DN and you bare the costs for shipping items back.
We will aim to fix or give you your credit within 15-30 days depending on the damage.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
No exchanges is applicable. All orders are final sale.
